Notion review for freelancers
Workspace for notes, docs and projects with built-in AI.
Our review
Notion combines notes, databases and docs, with AI features on paid plans and a trial on Free. Its pricing page lists Free at $0, Plus at $10 per member per month and Business at $20. It is flexible enough for client portals and project trackers. That flexibility means setup time, and it can feel slow with very large databases.
Pros
- Flexible workspace
- Free plan
- AI built in
Cons
- Setup takes time
- AI is limited on Free
- Can slow with big databases
